SBI Wealth Management Age Limit (As specified in Notification)
  • Relationship Manager / Investment Officer: Typically 23 to 35 Years.
  • Regional Head / Zonal Head / VP Wealth: Typically 35 to 50 Years (varies strictly by grade and post).
  • Age Relaxation: Standard upper age limit relaxation applies for reserved categories:
    • SC / ST: 5 Years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
    • PwBD Candidates: 10 to 15 Years

Relationship Manager (RM) / Wealth Contractual / Regular
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Preferred: Candidates with Post Graduation, MBA/PGDM, or certifications like NISM/CWM/CFP are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Broking. Minimum experience increases for senior roles like Regional/Zonal heads (5 to 10+ years).
Investment Officer (IO) Contractual / Regular
Regional Head / Zonal Head / VP Contractual / Regular

Selection Process & Remuneration

The selection will be based primarily on shortlisting and interviews:

  • Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling of minimum qualifications and experience does not vest any right to be called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters.
  • Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
  • Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on scores obtained in the interview only (descending order).
  • Remuneration (Contractual Roles): Fixed Pay + Variable Pay/Incentives based on market standards, experience, and performance.
